These Subscription Terms govern the one-month plans offered by IGLikes.io, including Instagram Auto Likes, Auto Views, AI Auto Comments, and monthly engagement packs. Despite the name of this page, these plans are not subscriptions: each plan is paid once and does not renew automatically. These terms explain how payment, the plan period, stopping a plan, and delivery work, and form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy.

This policy is provided for general informational and business purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Overview

One-month plans deliver engagement automatically to new eligible posts during a one-month plan period that is paid in full at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically and no recurring charges are made. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Auto Likes Plans

Auto Likes automatically deliver likes to new eligible posts you publish during the one-month plan period, up to the limits of your plan. Detection and delivery to each new post may take some time after publication. Posts published before a plan starts, while it is paused, or after it has ended or been stopped, and posts that do not meet the eligibility criteria, are not covered.

3. Payment and No Automatic Renewal

Each plan is paid once, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Plans do not renew, no recurring charges are made, and a plan ends automatically when its one-month period is over. If you want to continue after that, you may purchase a new plan at the then-current price.

4. Stopping a Plan

Because plans end automatically, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. You may ask our support team to stop an active plan at any time. Stopping a plan ends delivery to future posts; it does not retroactively cancel or refund the plan period that has already been activated or the engagement already delivered.

5. Pausing or Changing Plans

Where pausing or plan changes are available, they apply prospectively. Posts published while a plan is paused are not covered, and plan changes take effect according to the options presented at the time of the change. Pausing does not extend or refund the current plan period unless expressly stated.

6. Username and Account Requirements

Your account and relevant content must remain public and accessible for plan delivery to function. You are responsible for keeping your username unchanged and your account public; if your account becomes private, restricted, or the username changes, delivery may be interrupted, and such interruptions are treated as customer-side conditions.

7. Failed Payments

Because plans are paid once at checkout, there are no renewal payments that can fail. If the checkout payment is declined, reversed, or not completed, the plan is not activated, or its delivery may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

8. Delivery Interruptions

Plan delivery may be temporarily affected by platform maintenance, algorithm updates, rate limits, or provider-side conditions outside our control. Reasonable interruptions do not constitute non-delivery; where appropriate, we will assist through support to restore normal delivery.

9. Refunds for Plans

Plans are paid in advance and, once activated, the current plan period is generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of an active plan unless required by law. Qualifying delivery issues are addressed through support, refills, or replacements where applicable.

10. Platform Changes

Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms may change their systems, policies, or algorithms in ways that affect plan delivery, detection, or eligibility. IGLikes.io is not responsible for platform-side changes but makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity of service.

For any question about your plan, payment, or stopping a plan, contact our support team at support@iglikes.io and we will be glad to help. Any older recurring plan purchased under previous terms, if still active, can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges.
